Website Analytics Report
OACPS, Website Performance Report.
This report summarises traffic and engagement on www.oacps.org from 1 January to 1 June 2026, drawn from Google Analytics 4. It covers audience volume, engagement, top content, geography, devices and traffic sources to support management and governance reporting.
During this period the site recorded a high volume of automated (bot) traffic concentrated in a single country and a single page. As explained in the note below, headline audience figures are reported on a cleaned basis so they reflect genuine human visitors.
Data quality note
A large block of low-quality traffic was detected, almost entirely originating from India
(25,841 users) and overwhelmingly hitting a single page (/council-members/xxxxv/).
This traffic showed an engagement rate of only ~15% and an average engagement time of
~3.5 seconds, against 60–75% engagement for the site's genuine audience (e.g. Nigeria,
Kenya, Belgium, Ghana). These are clear hallmarks of automated/bot activity rather than real visitors.
To keep this report meaningful for governance purposes, this anomalous traffic has been excluded from the headline audience, geography, device and content analysis. Figures may therefore differ from the raw totals shown in the live GA4 dashboard. The monthly trend chart further below reflects total recorded sessions (including the anomalous traffic) and is labelled accordingly.

Key takeaways
Genuine reach is solid & international
Setting aside bot traffic, ~32,700 real users visited from across OACPS member states and partner countries, with the strongest engagement from Africa and Europe.
Organic search is the main front door
60% of sessions arrive via search engines. The site is discoverable — the priority is converting that visibility into deeper engagement.
Mobile-first, new-visitor heavy
~70% mobile and ~92% new visitors. Fast mobile performance and clear paths to key content matter most; returning visitors are the growth opportunity.
